Ventures with Developers/Operators

CSCM establishes joint venture relationships with qualified real estate developers and operators on behalf of its commingled funds and separate account clients. Typically, these joint ventures will be formed to execute a value-creation strategy and may involve acquisition, construction or redevelopment activities. Capital is typically redeemed within two years of project completion and economic stabilization. CSCM has executed such strategies with all of the major property types, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotels and single-family land.
