CSCM has established commingled funds and separate accounts with institutional investors including Taft Hartley, corporate and public pension funds. CSCM typically invests capital on behalf of these accounts into joint ventures with experienced local operators for acquisition, construction or redevelopment in strategic value-added programs. Additionally, CSCM has focused on strategic land enhancement activities with highly qualified local operators that complete the entitlement process with zoned, but not fully entitled, land parcels.
